Terms and Conditions


  • MTS will provide training of a high standard for clients using suitably qualified instructors.
  • If required MTS will provide a certificate of attendance or, if applicable, a certificate of competence on successful completion of a course.

  • MTS will endeavour to organise a suitable venue if required.

  • If a course must be cancelled, MTS will endeavour to provide 1 weeks notice prior to the course commencing. However if the instructor is unavailable and MTS is not notified within the time period stated MTS will bear no liability. Similarly, no liability will be incurred if a course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the case of a client`s dispute with MTS we will try and reach an amicable agreement with our client.

  • Cancellation by the client within 7 days of commencement of the course will result in the full cost of the course being incurred (except in exceptional circumstances and with the agreement of MTS).

  • Payment terms are strictly 28 days from the invoice date – late payments will incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum.
